These terms apply to your use of ashiakeyz.com and everything you buy or join through it, including consultations, the Director's Course, the affiliate program, website builds, soundtrack downloads, and donations. By using the site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, create a course account, or join the affiliate program.
Accounts
Keep your login private and give accurate information. You're responsible for activity on your account. Course accounts are for one person and may not be shared.
Consultations and productions
Consultation bookings are governed by the Consultation policy, including the $197 nonrefundable, nontransferable booking fee and the rescheduling rules. Production fees are separate, quoted during your consultation, and covered by a separate agreement. Confidential story materials are reviewed only after both parties sign the NDA.
The Director's Course
- Price and access: the full course is a one-time payment of $349. The Introduction module is free. Your purchase gives you personal access to the course for as long as it's offered.
- License: you may use the lessons and prompts to make your own films and content. You may not copy, resell, share, or publish the course materials, or share your login.
- Updates: we may add, change, or remove lessons to keep the course current.
- Outside tools: the course teaches tools made by other companies, such as ChatGPT, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Suno, and CapCut. Those tools have their own prices and terms, and you're responsible for following them, including their rules for commercial use.
- No guaranteed results: the course teaches a process. Your results depend on your own work, and we don't promise any views, followers, or income.
Confidentiality and licensing rights
- All course materials are confidential and owned by Ashia Keyz Studios. Before you open the course you sign our Student Confidentiality & Non-Duplication Agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
- You may not copy, record, share, resell, or teach the materials, or build a similar course, without a written license.
- Licensing Rights are available for a one-time fee of $1,200. They include the systems, framework, website, and training modules. Licensed students must film their own training videos.
- After you purchase, you sign the Licensing Rights Agreement digitally on your course dashboard. Your license starts once you have paid, signed, and received our written confirmation.
Payments and refunds
- All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- All sales are final. We don't offer refunds on any purchase, including the Director's Course, Licensing Rights, consultation booking fees, website builds, soundtrack downloads, and donations.
- The Director's Course gives you immediate access to digital content, and the Introduction module is free so you can try it before you buy.
- If you believe you were charged in error, email us before disputing the charge with your bank.
Affiliate program
- Who can join: students who have purchased the full Director's Course.
- Commission: 10% of each Director's Course sale credited to your code or link ($34.90 per $349 sale), plus 10% of each Licensing Rights sale ($120 per $1,200 sale). A sale is credited when the buyer purchases after using your link within 60 days, or enters your code when creating their account. If more than one code could apply, the code saved to the buyer's account counts.
- Payouts: commissions are paid monthly by PayPal, Cash App, or Zelle to the account you provide, once the sale has cleared. Sales that are reversed through a chargeback don't earn a commission, and a commission already paid on a reversed sale may be deducted from your next payout.
- Rules: you can't earn a commission on your own purchase. You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission whenever you share your link or code. You may not make false or misleading claims, promise income or results, spam, use paid ads on our name or brand, or pose as Ashia Keyz Studios.
- Taxes: affiliates are independent, not employees, and are responsible for their own taxes. We may ask for tax information before paying you.
- Ending participation: we may change the program, or remove an affiliate who breaks these rules. Commissions earned through rule violations are forfeited.
Soundtrack and site content
Films, trailers, characters, artwork, music, logos, and other content on this site belong to Ashia Keyz Studios. Soundtrack downloads are for your personal listening only. You may not reuse, redistribute, sell, remix, or use any of our content commercially without written permission.
Your submissions
You keep ownership of the stories and materials you submit. You give us permission to review them to respond to you and evaluate your project. Please share only a non-confidential overview until the NDA is signed.
Outside links and referral links
The site and course link to other services. Some links, including Higgsfield and ElevenLabs, are referral links, and Ashia Keyz Studios may earn a commission or credit if you sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. We aren't responsible for other companies' services.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no hacking, scraping, interfering with security, sending false information, or harassing others.
Disclaimers
The site and course are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we don't make warranties beyond those stated in these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ashia Keyz Studios isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
